Careers

Build gamesthat ship

A small studio in Malta, working with operators worldwide. We hire people who have shipped, give them one title at a time, and stay out of their way.

How we work

Four things to know before you apply

01

Small on purpose

The team fits in one room, and most of it is remote. Everyone ships; nobody only manages.

02

One title at a time

You see a game from brief to certified build in weeks, then the next one. No multi-year roadmaps.

03

Outcomes, not hours

Async-first across European time zones, with a short daily overlap. We judge the build, not the calendar.

04

RG is non-negotiable

Every game supports responsible gambling features. We turn down work that doesn't, and we expect you to care.

Who we are hiring now

Apply below with links to what you have shipped. A portfolio or a repository says more than a CV.

Senior Game Developer

Own the client side of our slots and fast games: PixiJS and Cocos Creator, TypeScript, mobile-first, 60 fps on mid-range phones.

EngineeringValletta, Malta or remote (Europe)Full-timeDetails ↓

You will

  • Build and ship game clients from the math spec to the certified build, usually one title at a time.
  • Implement reels, bonus rounds, crash curves and reveal grids on our shared game framework, and improve the framework as you go.
  • Profile and optimise for low-end Android and in-app browsers.
  • Pair with the artist and the mathematician so feel, timing and payouts land together.

You bring

  • Five or more years of TypeScript, with at least two shipping HTML5 games (PixiJS, Cocos, Phaser or similar).
  • Casino, slot or fast-game experience, or a convincing reason you will pick it up fast.
  • Comfort with WebGL performance work, asset pipelines and spine or sprite animation.
  • The habit of shipping: small pull requests, demos on a phone, no long dark periods.

Game Mathematician

Design the math behind every title: RTP, volatility, hit frequency and max win tuned per market, documented for the lab.

Math and RTPRemoteFull-time or contractDetails ↓

You will

  • Design paytables, reel strips, bonus economics and crash or multiplier distributions from a one-page brief.
  • Produce the simulation reports and math documentation GLI, MGA, UKGC and Curaçao expect.
  • Build per-jurisdiction RTP variants and keep them consistent across the catalogue.
  • Review live performance after launch and propose tuning with evidence.

You bring

  • Strong probability and simulation skills, with Python or similar for Monte Carlo work.
  • Experience with at least one certified casino title, or an equivalent background in games of chance.
  • Clear written explanations: an operator's product lead should understand your model from your document.
  • Care for responsible gambling constraints as part of the design, not an afterthought.

2D Game Artist and Animator

Give each operator a title that looks like their brand: symbols, backgrounds, UI, card backs and chips, animated for the phone.

ArtRemoteFull-time or contractDetails ↓

You will

  • Take a brand kit and a theme to finished game art, from sketches through to production assets.
  • Animate wins, reveals and transitions in Spine or sprite sheets, optimised for mobile budgets.
  • Design the in-game UI and the lobby cover for every title.
  • Work directly with the developer on asset specs and timing.

You bring

  • A portfolio with shipped casino or mobile game art, including animation.
  • Fluency in Photoshop or Affinity, Illustrator or Figma, and Spine or After Effects.
  • An eye for readable symbols at small sizes and for brand consistency across a series.
  • Speed and self-direction: we ship a title in weeks, not quarters.

Backend Engineer, RGS and Wallets

Run the server side: the game server, the RGS integration layer, seamless and transfer wallet APIs, and the provably-fair RNG.

EngineeringValletta, Malta or remote (Europe)Full-timeDetails ↓

You will

  • Build and operate the services that settle rounds, talk to operator wallets and keep audit trails the labs accept.
  • Integrate new operators and aggregators onto the standard RGS protocol without custom code on their side.
  • Own latency and reliability for multiplayer crash rounds.
  • Harden the RNG and verification endpoints and keep certification evidence current.

You bring

  • Five or more years with Node.js or Go, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and Redis in production.
  • Experience with payment or wallet integrations, idempotency and reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with iGaming integration protocols, or deep experience with similar transactional APIs.
  • A security mindset and a liking for boring, well-tested systems.

QA and Certification Engineer

Make sure every build matches its math, works on real devices and passes the lab the first time.

DeliveryRemoteContractDetails ↓

You will

  • Test each title against its math document and spec on real phones and desktop browsers.
  • Prepare and run the certification submission with the lab and track findings to closure.
  • Automate the regression suite for the game framework and the RGS layer.
  • Report clearly: what broke, how to reproduce it, what it affects.

You bring

  • Experience testing casino games or other regulated software, ideally through a GLI or MGA submission.
  • Scripting ability for automation (TypeScript or Python) and comfort reading math reports.
  • Patience for device matrices and an intolerance for shipping known bugs.

No role that fits?

If you have shipped casino or mobile games and want to work this way, write anyway. The good hires rarely match a job title exactly.
