Privacy notice

Who we are

Slot Studio is a casino game development studio based in Valletta, Malta. This notice covers slotstudio.io and the game demos served from games.slotstudio.io.

What we collect

Contact forms: the email address you enter and, if you add them, your name, company and message. We store these so we can reply, and we forward them to our own inbox or messaging tool.

Analytics: anonymous page views and referrers through Vercel Web Analytics. No cookies are set for analytics and no personal profile is built.

Game demos: the demos run with play money and no account. The demo server keeps a short-lived session token so a round can be settled, and standard server logs.

Browser storage: the site remembers in your browser whether you dismissed the announcement bar. Nothing is read back by us.

Why we collect it

To answer your request and, if you ask for one, to arrange a call. We do not add you to a newsletter and we do not sell or share contact details with third parties.

How long we keep it

Contact details are kept while the conversation is active and for up to two years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@slotstudio.io and we will act within 30 days. You can also complain to the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.

Third parties

Scheduling runs on Calendly, hosting on Vercel, analytics on Vercel Web Analytics. Each has its own privacy policy. Calendly only receives data when you choose to book through it.
