What we do
Slots that are yours, not a reskin of someone else's
Slot Studio is a slot game development company. We take a slot from concept to live: the math model, the theme and art, the animation, the client build, the server logic, the certification file and the RGS integration. The finished game is exclusive to the operator that commissioned it; it does not appear in anyone else's lobby.
That is a different thing from reskinning a stock game. A reskin keeps the math and the feature set and changes the symbols. A custom slot starts from your player data and your market. If your players chase high volatility, the math model is built for that. If a regulator caps max win or requires a specific RTP range, the model is built inside those limits from day one, not patched later.

Art and build
Theme, symbols, animation and the client are produced in parallel with the server logic. You see playable builds through the process, not a reveal at the end.

Certification
The game, the math and the RNG go to the lab for your jurisdiction. We handle the submission, the questions and the fixes.

Integration and launch
The certified game is delivered through the RGS, tested on your staging platform and released into your lobby. Post-launch tuning follows the first weeks of live data.

How long does slot game development take?
A custom slot typically takes weeks to a few months from signed brief to certified, live game, depending on feature complexity and the lab's queue for your jurisdiction. The math model is approved first, then art, build and certification run in parallel where they can. The process page sets out each stage.
